The old pages of the real estate agency Aurea LKV were in need of a fairly thorough renovation. The pages were a bit old, expensive to maintain and making changes to old pages was tedious.
Aurea LKV wanted to modernize the pages, but they wanted to respect the old look so that customers would recognize the company as Aurea LKV.
We wanted the access control to be simple and easy to use. We also wanted to consider mobile users, so Curu’s modern menu was chosen as the mobile menu.
The real estate brokerage system also had to be integrated so that customers could see the properties for sale.
It was also wanted to make a bid trade possible on the site, as well as making an offer through the site with a digital signature on items.
The website was designed from the beginning to be new, but respecting the old. Access management was implemented with visual maintenance, so that it would be as easy as possible for the customer to make changes to their pages.
We implemented the integration with the real estate system and made digital signature possible during the offer phase directly from the website. We also implemented a special offer on the website, which had never existed before.
